That is snout vent, also too there are number of larger pops of certain species...the lizards from those pics appear to have a fused frontoparietal scale, which is only present in a couple of species (that are currently described) and the nearest to that animal is Carlia rubrigularis.

In addition, the average svl of longipes (most likely other contender) is 65mm, rostralis is 70, which puts them all below your estimate of length.
