Hi everyone,
just got a callm from my local pet shop as 1 of their 6 month old jungles has just died (no im not a vet). Last weekend she was moved to another viv (it was cooler than her normal viv 22oC ) she was fed 2 days later so tuesday (2 velvets) and seemed fine. on friday she regurged both velvets so checked temp and found the thermostat wasnt doing its job (was set to 28 but was switching off at 22) fixed problem and got the temp to 28, she stayed on the heat mat friday and saturday but was dead this morning. they are housed on crushed walnut shell ( which i personally don't like ).

Has anyone got any ideas Impaction, to cold?
ps no chemicals are used anywhere near them and they also have UV fluros over the vivs
which is now law in SA all pythons must have access to UV light.
