Most pythons have a preferred body temperature of around 30 degrees, when they have food in their gut they prefer even higher. I suggest you have a complete rethink about the temperatures you're offering your pythons.

The rats were probably rotting inside her gut due to the cold temps, that's why she regurgitated them but by then (it would seem) it was too late; the damage had already been done.
