Albinos are just freaks of nature they can turn up anywhere and in any animal. To breed albinos you need to have some albino genes or it's not likely.
Albinos are possible in any animal.
Brodie, The guy with the olives (Gavin) did actually breed albinos but he start with an albino male which was a fluke of breeding.
The bloodline was weak with the male only fathering a handful of hatchlings including two albinos but these had deformities. The original male and one of the hatchling have now died last time i heard.
