To answer this we need more info, if she housed alone, when was the last time she ate, how often do you feed her, is this the first time she has refused food recently, did you feed her in different circumstance to usuall?
I would not worry is she is not eating as some times snakes can just go off their food for a few weeks. As long as she doesn't loose condition it should be allright and she will begin eating when she is ready to.
