It looks like just a standard eastern bhp but the banding is hypomelanistic.
It looks unusual thats for sure, Id own it because it is unusual, but its not stunning.
Its actually a good indication of the patterns and colouring of bhp in general - see behind the head the black patchings, I didnt realize these are different markings - obviously extras from the head - rather than darker banding. You can see the banding underneath still has the pinkish hue.

Strong defined markings is a trait of hatchys, most colour like this as they age.
Westerns can have stronger markings but even they get dirty as they age.
