also i have been in the situation twice recently were i have seen a snake being run down on the road. the offenders in both occasions managed to just squash the last 1/3 of the snake into the road. leaving the resulting snake still alive but not for long.
is there any humane way of helping these guys out? i really dont like the idea of haveing to hit them over the head.
