Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr! One of the many reasons I'm against this practice is that many of the venomoids on the market are from backyard hacks, that perform the procedure without proper pain-managment medication or antibiotics. How is the death of these animals justified, while he just experiments with the procedure?

I have seen some real hack jobs done on snakes as a result of this procedure being done very sloppily. Caved-in faces where the glands used to be, and sevre infections. This topic just makes my blood boil. If it is to be legal then it needs to be regulated strictly. I would prefer to see it banned all together, there in Australiaa as well as here.
