| This is a filthy procedure that Ray is undertaking and obviously nobody on this website is likely to condone it. I am wondering what people think about the ARP's involvement in this though??? Also, as well-intentioned as many people may be writing letters, do you think it may have little effect if Ray has a scientific permit. Surely he wouldn't be stupid enough to publish this material on the internet without having permission to undertake the procedure?
