At that size you have nothing to loose by trying them this season. As they say, you have to be in it to win it. All snakes are individuals, some breed young, some breed old.
From lots of breeding records we can establish average ages and sizes for first breedings of most species. But ALWAYS remember, there are always exemptions to nearly any rule of thumb. Yours may be young breeders so give em a go. |
