| Is all mail xrayed now fuscus? due to terrorism etc? hope they would not have it destroyed (dont freakout spotted) could spotted possibly be prosecuted for it too? surely npws or whoever, would take all circumstances into consideration, given spotted purchased in good faith and wasnt aware of postal laws.
