i decided to try a pinkie rat with monty and it started well but im not sure whats happening now i heated the rat then waved it in front of me in a matter of seconds he took it and started to rap around it but then he let go only with his mouth he still has it in his coil but isent atempting he kept it in hes coil for about a minute and then i left i havent looked at him since this was only a minute ago is trying to say its to big for him or is he just taking his time but with the last three meals ive given him he hasent let go so im taking it as a sign he might be a bit to small for rat pinkies yet any way im going to check on him now ill let you all know how he goes
