Well I don't know what went wrong. Here what I done: Diluted Orange Medic in water at ratio of 1 part OM to 10 parts water then held the snakes above the container and washed down with a cotton ball except for the head, but some did get it on thier heads, then I put the snakes back into thier cages, about 2 to 3 hours later I noticed one of them regurgatating it's meal of a small mouse, it got stuck and started to fit, so I pulled the mouse out and the snake was still fitting, so I held her over the heater to warm her up and she came good so I put her back and checked on every thing else ( this was a 3 month old Diamond). I found my water pythons in a worse state, they were upside down and fitting, I rushed them and my baby GTS to the vet, but because the GTS were only 3 and 4 grams they were too small to do anything with, so I had to take them home and watch them die, one took 12 hours to die the other took 14 hours to die, by far the WORST thing I have had to watch in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then my 2 baby Diamonds were still in a bit off trouble so I dosed them with a big drink of saline and washed them off for about an hour. I got my waters back from the vet about 4 days later in perfect health. I also suffered with a 7 foot Brisbane who had blood in her mouth for a week afterwards. The vet didn't tell me what he saved the waters with but they lived so I was happy. So Dave there you go, I am not sure what happened but I have just learnt to steer clear of Orange Medic unless the kids get nits. TOD works really well and never had any problems with the snakes, I just accidently killed 200 woodroaches with it!!!!
