Am i right in thinking you have one juvi spotted python and one juvi diamond?
Why are you even worried about housing hatchling snakes that you have bred?
I don't want to sound harsh but you are a long way off breeding anything if you only have two juvi pythons of different species, try and focus you efforts on getting them going well and learning about pythons before you start building cages to house the hatchlings you are breeding.

As for housing hatchling the best way is to house them in heated racks of tubs, using these you can house alot of hatchlings in a small area which makes it very easy to feed and clean them.

This is a pic of a single tub in a rack of 40, the back half of the tub is heated underneath by a heat mat which is controlled by a probe thermostat. You only need one thermostat to control the whole unit.
