Well folks I've been testing the heating out on the enclosure and have found that at floor level there is a 5deg C variation in the heat level in the four corners of the enclosure from 25 to 20C is this enough of a temp variance ? Also, the guy I'm purchasing my 4mth old Coastal Carpet from does not bother with heating at all so will this be a bit of a shock to the young bloke ? We are currently experiencing a bit of a cold snap up here in Brizzie with temps where I am getting down from 0 to -3 at the moment and I am wondering if the young fella should be gradually introduced to a heated enclosure.

cheers
