do women count? i keep my diamonds up to about 29.5 in the warm end and the cool end is ambient temps...usually about 24.
i think handling once a day is fine but others will tell you its too much. as long as she's not obviously stressed then it wont hurt to have her out that often. i give a few days after feeding before handling but i dont usually wait until after they've defecated...sometimes i do but thats only if they look like they're gonna bust and i dont wanna get crapped on...AGAIN lol.
