Tigers are easy to see in SA if you know where to look. A walk along the murray generally yeilds a few brown tigers while the game reserves and bird nesting areas near the murray mouth will often show some blacks. A sunny day with the temp in the low 20s is generally best.
In general the island tigers are black while the mainlands are brown but , not surprisingly, you can find browns on islands and blacks on the mainland. |
