Hey everyone,

Well I woke today to find my spotted with pieces of skin hanging off everywhere, her skin had become so dry that it was literraly peeling off. So I grabbed a warm container full of water and preceded to start removing the skin, 30 minutes later she was completely free of her old skin, when it came to her head I worked extremely slowly and made sure that both spectacles were removed. Even though the spectacles are better than what they were, the removing of the old ones never fixed the crinkling of the new ones, I don't know if they will get better themselves or not but I definately removed both spectacles. I haven't attempted to feed her yet, I am going to wait until tomorrow to give her a chance to get over the stress of me having to remove her skin.

I think I may end up taking her to the vet anyway just so that he can see the spectacles and see if he thinks they will get better. At least now she looks 100 times better than what she did, apart from the spectacles that is.

Cheers.
