Coastal areas should be easier, the hotter it gets - the wetter you keep them.
Brisbane is a lot hotter and drier than their natural tablelands area. How different is your weather to Brisbane?
Its not so much as a 'cant' keep them just the lengths you are prepared to go to create their natural settings.
