Very expensive stuff.
A lot of people keeping venomous snakes don't realise this and quite often, there is no antivenom in the surrounding hospitals for the snakes they're keeping. Hospitals generally only keep antivenoms for snakes in their area, eg no antivenom for taipans in sydney hospitals
