Is the poo solid or runny, (sorry guys) and can you see any worms in it?
If not runny and no worms, then i suggest it is just stress, stick a teatowl over the cage and leave it alone for a week, no handling, no cleaning of the cage nothng, then it should be fine, i have a similar prob with a bredli a couple of years ago, and after a week of solitary she was fine and has been the best snake, the pridse of my collection, ever since.
