I agree, feed them in their enclosure. If they are that food conscious that they think every movement is food then they aren't a good "pet" animal anyway. I've only ever had a few snakes that couldn't seem to differentiate between fingers and food, one of them was a Retic so it was to be expected really :-)
Having said this really it's a personal choice thing, if you are happier feeding them in a plastic bin or whatever then that's fine as well.
