Stay away from the 250watters unless you are heating a house!! Those things get very very hot and even with a thermostat i wouldnt risk it. For a 4x2x2 (1200x600x600) i use a 150watter and that works very well. For the smaller enclosure you have i would use the 100watter. Always use a thermostat with ceramics i reckon, heaps safer that way.
