And by the way I would not trust those $5000 snakes they have up in Sydney!
What do you mean by that - do you mean that they aren't GTP or that they aren't real[/quote]

This is a quota from another form that might help you understand, what to watch out for when purchasing them.

quote,GTP will be worth what ever the seller puts on them. the thing buyers need to do is be weary of which lines they buy and what the back ground of the parents/grandparents are. They are a few storys floating around of smuggled hatchie going to be put on the market as captive bred in australia. Just remember if you buy from this type of line and the **** hits the fan with the so called breeder you may lose yours as well. The first thing i would be asking for is proof of breeding.. eg pics of parents before/during after mating. Same females on eggs etc. then when ya go to pick up the babies you can match animals to photos.
Can tell ya right now if sombody has bred there greens the will have many pics of everystage. if they dont have pics to go with it i would be back peddling flat out 9500/10.000 was about what was expected to see for feeding hatchlings this year. Even with the posibility of a few being on offer i cant see the price comming down yet. quote,

I thought this was very well writen and thought out.
PS it was not my quote but I do agree with it.
