I personally would never own a GTP, even as a gift, they just dont do it for me, there are other reptiles that I would prefer (some common some rare). Having said that I would like to pass on congratulations to any breeders of them because I think diversity in the hobby is a good thing. They have put in the hard yards and deserve any financial windful that may come their way. I think alot of people questioning the $10K price tag dont take into account the time, effort and more importantly the risky initial capital outlay these people have made. Just my thoughts.
