Thanks sepenttounge. What I am worried about is the wire going in through the lid maybe creating a way for the hatchie to escape. Afro told me yesterday to have the hot end at 30 degrees. I new about the half on half off with the container on the heat mat.
olivehydra, I had no intention of using sticky tape
inside the container but it is a timely reminder for other newbies reading this thread.
