Hi & welcome!
Both of my Coastal hatchies started on small mice, and the bigger female moved on to pinky rats without a problem.
The male however is a different story...
I can thaw them with a mouse, wipe them through my gecko enclosure and pop their skulls but all the male will do is strike at it & coil, then release it.
He's done this for 2 weeks now, but with the drop in temps, I'm not overly concerned (yet).
Personally, I won't refreeze a rat, but considering what I described I do to them above, do I really want to?
