You always will, which i think makes you a better animal owner. If you didn't care and went meh i will just buy another then it shows all you care about is the cash involved in getting reptiles.

We did all we coudl for a coastal carpet, probably upwards of $2000 to try and save its life and work out what was wrong. As a result in the end we had to elect to put it too sleep. Both of us feel very bad for having to do this, but at the end of the day we couldn't do anything else.

if you do all you can to save the animal, then there should be no regrets. Everyone has their own opinions and unfortunatly sometimes they arn't the same as yours and/or could be harsh.

like BB just said if you can say to your self honsetly that you did all you could, then there should be no issue
