I personally think that if you know the locality, you should try to breed with another of the same locality to keep up the availability of location pure animals, but there are plenty of people out there who don't care and just want them for pets. Just because I don't know the locality of an animal won't stop me from breeding it. As long as you don't advertise it as something it is not, if you're not certain, don't rely on guesses.
