yeah im in my final year of medical science at the ANU, Im in the process of getting together some info for entry into veterinary science for next yr. Most people who are interested in a career of research aint really in it for the money, usually to secure a decent research position a PHD would required, and thats a yr of honors and 3 yrs of post doc studies after completeing undergrad studies. If your serious about getting back into your study and looking for a career in it, I suggest you contact the unis, they will be able to answer most of your questions
