I don't feed mine in there inclosure, I have a seperate feeding tub that i put them in to feed. I have found that this often makes it easier to get them out because they don't assosate things going into there tanks as food. Also as the others have mentioned handling them regularly for short periods often helps. I bought a 5ft BHP that was very strikey, but 15mins 4 times a week for 3 weeks fixed that. Now he is dosile enough to let kids get him out of his enclosure.
