DP too placid or still waking up

I tried to give OPALS her first feed - a thawed small rat. I thawed it in hot water. She's been in hybernation & hasn't eaten for 4 months but a friend turned her heat up a week ago and said give her a week to warm up before trying to feed her. I was waiting for my friend to come back and help with the first one as I was a bit nervous of the "not knowing" what to expect. But we were a bit impatient so tried to have a go ourselves. But I think I'm gonna have to wait anyway.

She wasn't interested I dangled it in front her, accidentally dropped it on her head a couple times , absolutely harassed her with it, which she didn't appear upset about. I even handled her, with the smell of rat on my hands and she couldn't care less. I ended up leaving it in her cage overnight. This morning it was still there so I took it out and chucked it.

BTW - Opals has gained another foot in length from my estimation. I got to measure her while she was exploring the kitchen floor, and she is just over 5foot. So my "2foot" pet is just a wee bit bigger than that.
