Haha - yea i am in the same boat - Another newbie!
I figured a bit taller with some trees to climb as I want to get a Jungle too, but I would like to know is it better to get the base dimension a bit bigger for a small snake, as i figured you could always block off a bit of the area if it was too much room for it, then as it gets bigger it could wake up and hey just got an extension on the house - cool.
That way it will still be in the same environment, just bigger...as opposed to getting a new bigger enclosure. Good idea?

Also Wil, why would you recommend a Diamond over a Jungle?
