| RE: how much money
A word of warning... I'm not going to harp on about scrubs as I've only just got one, and can't stand people who think they're experts after a few weeks... But... you're looking at $500+ for hatchies, and 2 metre scrubs aren't gonna be worth a whole lot more. People will pay good money for decent looking babies, or relatively well behaved adults. URS had a 2 metre scrub for sale a few months ago for $500. Take into account the amount of food they eat, your electricity costs, water, time, enclosure costs, thermostats, heat mats or cords... I'd say you're business will be soon running in the red.
Penultimately, buying animals where you're only intention is to profit off them (without putting in the hard work raising them, breeding them, and hatching them) might not score you many points among a croud of people who are so passionate about their animals.
And finally, why on earth would you choose scrubs? So much work, with not a whole lot of demand for them???
Austy.
