Depends on who you talk to or which book you read from. Anything from 24-31 with enough of a gradient is usually enough. Temperature may then be varied slightly to reflect seasons. Stimmies can be exposed up 33+ degrees or 24 below degrees for short periods in the wild dependant on locality, so if you keep aroud that ball park you should be fine
