G'day just a quick one,

i ordered some heat cord and a thermostat and paid for it on the internet early wednesday morning.

It was waiting at my doorstep (Newcastle) on thursday afternoon!!!!!! i did not pay for express post - this was normal parcel.

it was well packed with bubble wrap.

the communication was also very promt - letting me know where my order was up to and that it had been processed and sent.
