Well actually cris, they dont but thanks for the irrelevent input,
Seriously how can you compare a white light that produces certain wavelengths of the spectrum and then is filtered by whatever paint is on the outside, to a light that only emits in certain ends of the spectrum, UV just isnt anywhere in the spectrum.
