Ceramic heating penetration

I am having a custom enclosure built and am thinking of two 100W Oz Black ceramic emitters at the top hooked up to a Microclimate B1. I went for the two for redundant reasons, so if one fails the other continues. The enclosure will be 1.4 metres tall. What is the heat penetration of the ceramics, would it radiate to the bottom of my enclosure? I am also going to have one 40W Oz Purple on a timer for night viewing. A three foot fluro will be also on a timer for the day. Is this an OK setup or do you think it needs some re-think?
