For starters what was the person that you purchased them off have them eating??
It might take more than two weeks for them to get accustomed to their new home.
Yearling diamonds should be eating more than a pinky.
I started our hatchlings on hopper mice. If he doesn't take that try a pinky rat. Some diamonds prefer the smell of rats than mice.
8 hrs of uv is quite sufficient.
