Just wondering what size your turtle is?
Check around the back legs for excessive fluid build ups. Sometimes u will see them swimming like this, then burp up a large bubble and be fine again

I wouldnt worry about it to much for a day or 2, after that, try dry docking for a few hours and then returning them to the water
