Just wondering if the owners of APS have a LAB approved RSA licence to allow the sale of acohol from their website through a 3rd party?
Am just a little confused as I have not read a single "harm minimisation sign" nor spotted the "name of licence", "type of licence", nor the "name of the licensee" once in this place
