The fence is wire, parks and gardens local by-laws state we cannot touch it, we can however build another fence 2 meters back on our own property, but I see where you're coming from. This is not the first and won't be the last to come through seeking shelter, how it got through is not my concern. Relocating it away from my less-than-caring other neighbours is, as they might not have come seeking help, but have dispatching the little guy by other means.
