I know of someone who was told by qpws that they could keep their off licence animals legally if they took them to the vet and they didnt even need to get a permit, its obviously not true but they thought it was good enough and didnt ask for a second opinion
I didnt know it wouldnt be criminal negligence
but im not a lawyer so it all good.
