Theres a chance they are still too warm if one is always going to the cool end, and one is sleeping against the glass (the glass is probably cooler than the bottom of the enclosure). Do you need night time heat? Have you got a thermometer - mine only gets to mid 20s at night, so I don't use night time heat. Maybe in winter though......
