I just used tweezers to wave it around or shove it in the beardies face when I had problems, sounds like you've tried that though.
You can get those vibrating food dishes, not cheap (so it'd better work if you do buy one!) but its an option.
What vegies are you using? You just say leafs (leaves), are you using any brightly coloured vegies? Mine love nearly anything red, yellow or orange (dandelion flowers, corn, capsicum, carrot) so mix it together and they should eat some greens aswell (if you haven't already tried that).
