I usually take mine outside for a run on the grass. It helps with their digestion ie. the stretch out and full muscle movement makes them crap, and this in turn helps with my cleaning. I haven't had to clean a crap out of an enclosure for ages. I think it also helps keep them in condition, a bit of UV and a bit of muscle work for toning up. Always keep a close eye out for birds and never let them to far away.They tend to get stressed any longer than about 15 mins.
