I would increase the basking temp(what you have is ok, but not ideal IMO)
Put the beardies in a conainer with no substrate or places for the roaches to hide, wipe a thin smear of vaseline around the top 40-50mm of the inside top edge and add roaches and beardies. You could also just modify their enclosure in a similar way.
