It's ok to breed a pair of snakes from the same clutch if there's a certain trait your after (stipes, colour etc etc) I beleive you can do this for up to 7 generations without any real affects. Otherwise if your not after a certain trait best not to, because if there is any genetic problems with say mother/father grandparets etc and you breed two of the same gene bubs you have more chance of bringing out that problem. Hope that makes sense.
