Hi all,
Now that I have finally started keeping dragons (southern angle heads for now but plan for more), can anyone inform me if there are any real differences between the standard flouro type UV tube and the compact flourescent type?
Have there been any studies done to determine the better of the 2?
I would imagine that the spread of light from the traditional flouro tube would be better for larger enclosures as opposed to the compact type, longer length therefore reaching further along the enclosure, but what about the output.
Which is better, taking a similar rated 30%UVA - 5%UVB for both types?
