Now that i have a decent camera, i thought i would take some pics of a little Golden Crown that was rescued as the weather was going cool down on the South Coast. Basically it came froma mate of a mate of a mate who found it in his bird aviary. I suspect that the injuries this little guy received was probably from being captured.
His lower part of the body is a little kinked but i think if he was going to croak on me he would've done it by now. I will be looking after him until the warmer weather returns..... (yes I am licensed to do this with a wildlife organisation) then i'll release him. In the meantime here are the only two half good shots i could get of the little blighter and I must admit he is dead cute.
